Q10 is a fat soluble and vitamin-like nutrient that’s produced naturally by our bodies for energy and to act as an antioxidant. Q10 exists either in its oxidised form, ubiquinone, or in its reduced form, ubiquinol. These convert to either form as needed in a continuous cycle.
