Delivery & Collection

We deliver to all counties in Ireland, Northern Ireland, and mainland United Kingdom (with exceptions) - offering FREE delivery on all orders over €38 within ROI.

We do not deliver to mainland Europe.

We are also pleased to offer FREE Click & Collect service in our Monaghan store.

We aim to get orders dispatched as soon as possible but please be aware orders are only shipped from Monday to Friday.

Some products may take up to 7 working days to be dispatched during busier periods or where we are awaiting restock. 

Our experienced Pharmacy team work extra hard over this busy sale period to have your order dispatched as soon as possible. As soon as your order is ready to leave our store a dispatched email will be sent to you by us. 

Our courier company - An Post  will also be under extreme pressure over the sale periods, so we cannot guarantee every order will be delivered within our normal timeframe, although we would expect the vast majority of orders within Ireland being delivered within 7 working days. Full tracking will be available as always.

Can I Track My Order Progress?

When your order is uplifted from us by An Post , you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 16 hours for your tracking details to become live on the courier website. The link to the tracking website for your courier will be provided in your email.

* Please note: Orders may take up to between 7 - 10 working days on Bank Holidays, Black Friday and during busy Sale Periods. Please bare with us during these periods, we are working hard to get your order to you sooner.

We deliver to all counties in Ireland, Northern Ireland the United Kingdom (with the exception of: The UK Islands, Channel Islands, The Scottish Highlands & Islands) and Europe.

Our deliveries within Ireland are via Anpost. You will receive a tracking number when your order is uplifted via email. 

Delivery in Ireland and Northern Ireland

Orders usually take between 2-5 working days to be delivered in Ireland and Northern Ireland with the exception of Bank Holidays, Black Friday weekend and during sale times where orders can take between 7 to 10 working days. 

Delivery to the United Kingdom

Orders to mainland United Kingdom can take between 7 to 14 working days and orders are delivered by the Post Office UK

Our Click & Collect service is available FREE on all orders. Simply order online and select the I'll Collect My Order option at checkout.

Orders are usually available with 48 hours Monday to Saturday, but we will email you when your order is ready for pick up.

You can then collect at Health 1st Pharmacy 7/8 Church Square Monaghan Town.
